When measuring at the 2nd and 3rd opening of the top row, a
voltage of +5.5 V ± 0.2 V should be able to be measured.

In the event of a fault with the QCC interface card, one or both
voltages cannot be measured. The QCC interface card is thus
defective and must be replaced.
If both voltages can be measured, the voltage supply from the QCC
interface card is OK and a malfunction should be searched for on
the CEREC Primescan / Primescan scanner.

3.3.2.1.1
Basic requirements
Check the following basic conditions (G):

The license for the current software version must be installed.
➢ Open License Manager / check license.

Software starts without error message, acquisition phase is active.
G 2
Omnicam is properly connected to acquisition unit, i.e. plug connection is OK.
G 3
The prescribed heating period (15 min.) is observed.
G 4
Omnicam heater function test "via finger" (Omnicam is hot enough to prevent mirror sleeve from fogging
up).
G 5
Mirror sleeve is clean (free from grease and other contamination, no scratches).
G 6
Make sure that the right exposure mode (intraoral / extraoral) is set.
G 7
The teeth should be dry.
G 8
No other CPU-intensive applications should be running at the same time.
G 9
The hard drive has enough free space.
Continue to ensure good Omnicam work as described in the Operating
Instructions.

Possible symptoms
In the following table, the symptoms are numbered consecutively and
briefly described and a possible solution sequence is given. The
symptoms refer to the Omnicam.
The next section (see "Possible solutions [→ 48]") describes the
solutions for the sequence in detail.
