4.4 Replacing parts (whereby the removal of covers is necessary)

Replacing the radio module

The entire cover is detached (see "Removing and installing covers
[→ 51]").
1.
Detach the USB connector of the cable (L8) from the radio module.
2.
Detach the connector of the data cable (L9) from the radio module.
3.
Open the Velcro fastener and remove the radio module.
4.
Place the new radio module into the retaining plate and fix it with
Velcro fastener.
5.
Plug the USB connector of the cable (L8) into the radio module.
6.
Plug the connector of the data cable (L9) into the radio module.
7.
Reinstall the covers (see "Removing and installing covers [→ 51]").
Tip: You can reset the radio module by inserting a thin object (e.g. a
paper clip) into the hole (A) in the inside of the plate frame.
