Print Text in Black
option may not work with certain data .
1.
Select the print command in your application.
2.
Select
Dell MFP EXXXX
(where XXXX is the name of your model), and then click the printing properties or
preferences button.
The printer driver window appears.
3.
Click the
Advanced
tab.
4.
Click the
Other Print Options
button.
5.
Select the
Print Text in Black
option from the
Printer Function
list.
6.
Select the
Print Text in Black
check box.
7.
Click
OK
to return to the printer driver window.
8.
Click
OK
.
9.
Complete your print operation.
Save an Archive File of the Print Data (Windows
®
)
Print data can be saved as a PDF file to your computer.
1.
Select the print command in your application.
2.
Select
Dell MFP EXXXX
(where XXXX is the name of your model), and then click the printing properties or
preferences button.
The printer driver window appears.
3.
Click the
Advanced
tab.
4.
Click the
Other Print Options
button.
5.
Select the
Print Archive
option from the
Printer Function
list.
6.
Select the
Print Archive
check box.
7.
Change the file size by moving the
File Size
slider to the right or left.
The resolution is set according to the file size.
8.
Click
OK
to return to the printer driver window.
9.
Click
OK
.
10.
Complete your print operation.
The machine prints the data and saves the archive file to your computer.
