PAINT MIX TIME CHARTS
These charts are provided to allow time for mixing paint and subsequent cleaning of equipment. The paint mix time can be determined by
applying the total paint material allowance dollar amount for each labor operation to the Paint Mix Time Chart. The paint mix time
allowance should then be submitted in the paint mix supplemental time field for that labor operation. For repairs with multiple labor
operations, the material allowance for each operation should be used to calculate the total paint mix time. The total paint mix time should
then be submitted in the paint mix supplemental time field on one paint labor operation on the job card. Total paint mix time allowance will
not exceed .5 of an hour for any job card.
