The date may be entered in either mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy format through the CAPTUS
®
2000
software. To change date format, select the Date Format box, Figure 4-7, use the trackball
to position the pointing device over the correct radio button and click, or use the
Tab key to
select the correct option box and use the up and down arrow keys to move from one radio
button in the group to the other.
NOTE: The date format must be set before entering any dates in the measurement mode.
Changing the date format does not alter previously stored information! If data has already
been saved, and you change the date format, a warning message will appear stating “All
patient and test data will be lost if you change the date format! Are you sure you want to
change the date format?” Select YES to change the date format and lose all stored data,
select NO to exit without changing the date format.

2000 software will print up to five lines of header information on all printed
reports. You will have to enter your facility name and address as shown in the example in
Figure 4-8. To input your facility information, point to the appropriate line and click to select.
Type from the keyboard and the new information will appear. All lines will be center aligned
upon printing, and will appear on all printed reports. To exit the System Parameters module
select the
DONE button and you will return to the Main Menu screen of the CAPTUS
®
2000
software.
