PRINTING RESULTS
Detailed Analysis Report
The CAPTUS
®
2000 software has several printing options for convenient reporting formats.
To print a detailed analysis of an individual wipe, you must select the
button
immediately after the wipe has been counted and the results appear on the screen, as shown
in Figure 7-8. The wipe test analysis report will print all displayed data including the wipe
spectrum, location, trigger levels, count time, peak energies, peak ROIs, peak counts, peak
activity, and isotope identified. The wipe test analysis report will also print the full spectrum
total counts, background counts, net counts, and activity. Any free text information entered
through the comment commands accessed from the Wipe Test Acquisition screen will
appear on this detailed analysis report. The report also has a signature line for complete
documentation. Once you exit screen 7-8 through any command, the detailed wipe test
spectral data is lost. Only summary data is permanently stored. Figure 7-10 demonstrates a
detailed wipe test report for an individual wipe test.
Summary History Report
Once the wipe tests have been completed several summary report forms are available to
print. First select the
button from the Main Wipe Test screen as shown in Figure 7-1.
The Wipe History Report screen will appear as shown in Figure 7-11.
Stored summary data includes date and location of wipe, full spectrum total cpm, and full
spectrum dpm as converted using the full spectrum efficiency. For those peaks which have
been identified by isotope name, the ROI count rate and peak activity are displayed. Those
wipes who exceed the preset trigger levels are flagged with ** symbols. There are three print
options and three sorting options. To print a list of locations along with their trigger levels
and counting times, select
List Of Locations
from the Print Option box. To print all of the
wipes stored in the wipe test data file, select
Wipe History
from the Print Option box. All of
the stored wipe test data will be displayed. To print only the wipes measured on the current
day, select
Today’s Wipes
from the Print Option box. Only the wipe data from the current
day’s wipes will appear in the result display box. The data can be sorted either by date,
location, or activity.
To sort the displayed wipe test data in chronological order, select
Date
from the Sort Option
box. To sort the data by wipe test location, select
Location
from the Sort Option box. The
data will first be sorted by wipe test location, in alphabetical order. For each location, the
data will secondarily be sorted in chronological order. The data can also be sorted by
number of isotopes identified which exceed the preset trigger limits by selecting
High Wipes
from the Sort Option box. After sorting by high wipes, the data is secondarily sorted
chronologically.
