Once the desired data has been selected and sorted, all of the displayed data can be printed,
or only a selected portion of the data can be printed. To print all of the displayed data, select
the
PRINT button after sorting. The sort criteria will appear at the top of the Wipe History
Report. To print only a portion of the displayed data, first use the trackball indicator to
highlight the desired selection. Start at one edge of the selection, click and hold the trackball
while dragging the indicator across the screen. The selected data will appear as highlighted
on the screen. Alternatively, highlight by clicking on one edge of the selection and holding
the
Shift key while using the arrow keys to select the text. After the desired section of data
has been selected, then choose the PRINT SELECTION button. Only the highlighted data
will appear on the report printout. The report header will state Selected Wipe Tests and the
sort criteria.
Text Comments for the Summary Wipe History Report
The Wipe History Report screen, Figure 7-11, also has a COMMENT button. This command
functions in an identical manner as the COMMENT button located on the Wipe Test
Acquisition screen, Figure 7-8. Note that the comments do not appear on the display screen.
To add comments to the printed summary Wipe History Report, select the
COMMENT button
