Yes to delete and No to cancel the delete command and return to the previous
screen. If Yes is selected, the software will again request confirmation of the delete
command. Figure 9-11 will appear.

Yes to complete the delete of all data and No to cancel the delete command and
return to the previous screen. The system will continue to accumulate bioassay data
indefinitely. This will eventually result in a very long library list to sort. A recommended
procedure is to periodically (annually or biannually) archive the bioassay data for reference,
and then delete all data from the Bioassay library. Alternatively, a hard copy report may be
printed on a periodic basis for each actively exposed staff member, then any non active staff
member may be deleted.
MAKING MEASUREMENTS
Once the staff information has been entered into the Bioassay library, select the COUNT
button at the bottom of the Main Bioassay Test screen to begin the measurement process.
Figure 9-12 will appear.
