REAR PANEL INLET AND OUTPUT PIPE INSTALLATION (For PLW Rack/Cabinet Only)

relea se fa ucet. Before filling the Loa d Bank with wa ter, ca refully rea d the following pa ra gra phs for correct flow ra te,
wa ter flow direction, a nd wa ter pressure.

Ensure the correct water flow direction and flow rate is set. Improper settings will extensively affect the power
module heat dissipation capability. At all time, do not exceed the inlet water flow pressure limits and water pipe
pressure specifications in order to prevent leakage or water pipe rupture.
Refer to the specifica tion for pipe size, proper wa ter flow ra te a nd pressure limit for inlet wa ter.
INLET WATER
Refer to a tta ched dra wing of Rea r Panel dia gra m for the position of the inlet wa ter pipe loca ted in the bottom left center
of the ca binet. Properly tighten the pipe with the correct wrench a nd do not over tighten the pipe ca using dama ge to the
threa ds.
Note: 150 micron filtration is recommended.
OUTLET WATER
Refer to a ttached dra wing of Rea r Pa nel dia gra m for the position of the outlet wa ter pipe loca ted in the bottom right
corner of the ca binet. Properly tighten the pipe with the correct wrench a nd do not over tighten the pipe ca using da ma ge
to the threa ds.
WATER PRESSURE
Before applying wa ter to the Load Bank, sepa ra tely turn -off the dra in fa ucet (clockwise direction) a nd pressure relea se
fa ucet (clockwise direction). Gra dua lly let the wa ter flow a nd check for any leaks in the pipe a nd lines. If any lea ks a re
found, relieve the pressure a nd tighten the pipe connector immedia tely with the proper tool.
Note: The load must have water flow in order to work properly and the water pressure must be less than 80 PSI.
