Function
The
4284A
has
bin
coun
ting
capabilit
y
.
When
man
y
devices
are

sorted
in
to
bins
using
the
comparator
function,
the

um
b er
of
devices
sorted
in
to
eac
h
bin
is
coun
ted.
The
maximum
coun
t
is
999999,
the
o
v
ero
w
message

will
b e
display
ed
when
this
v
alue
is
exceeded.
The
bin
coun
ter
will
still
b e
op erating,
so
y
ou
can
only
get
the
coun
t
data
via
GPIB.
