LIST SWEEP SETUP
These display pages are used for setting the measuremen t conditions
(including the correction function), or setting the bin sorting limits.
When one of these display pages are b eing display ed, the 4284A
cannot p erform measuremen t, and also cannot p erform bin sorting
judgmen ts. (The 4284A can only measure a device under test
and can p erform the bin judgmen ts from the display pages under
4 DISPLA Y F ORMA T 5.) When 4 MEAS SETUP 5 is pressed, the MEAS SETUP
page m ust b e display ed, and the softkeys used to select the other
three pages are display ed. The cursor will b e p ositioned at the
MEAS SETUP eld. F or more information ab out 4 MEAS SETUP 5, refer
to Chapter 3.
