the test frequency is equal to FREQ1/2/3, the OPEN correction

SHORT Correction
Description
The 4284A's SHOR T correction capabilit y corrects for the residual
imp edance (R, X) in serial with the device under test (Refer to
Figure 4-12).

The 4284A uses the following t w o kinds of SHOR T correction data.
The SHOR T correction data is taken at all 48 preset frequency
p oints indep enden t of the test frequency(ies) y ou set, and the
SHOR T correction data for eac h measuremen t p oint other
than those presen t frequency p oints are calculated using the
in terp olation metho d(Refer to Figure 4-11). All preset frequency
p oints (48 frequency p oints) are as same as the preset frequencies
for the OPEN correction using the in terp olation metho d.
