LIST SETUP , the LIST SWEEP
SETUP page will b e display ed. The 4284A has a list sw eep
measuremen t function whic h p ermits up to ten test frequencies,
oscillator lev els, or DC bias p oints to b e automatically measured. On
the LIST SWEEP SETUP page, the following con trol settings of the
list sw eep measuremen t can b e set. (Each eld in paren thesis is used
when that con trol is set.)
Sw eep Mo de ( MODE )
Sw eep P arameter Selection ( FREQ[Hz] , LEVEL[V] , LEVEL[A] ,
BIAS[V] , or BIAS[A] )
Sw eep P oint Settings ( swe ep p oint )
Limit P arameter Selection ( LMT )
Lo w/High Limit V alues ( LOW , HIGH )
