Front P anel Operation for Setting the Sw eep P oints
P erform the following steps to set the sw eep p oints and measuremen t
limits.
1. Mov e the cursor to the swe ep p ar ameter eld and set the sw eep
parameter.
2. Mov e the cursor to the swe ep p oint eld.
3. En ter the sw eep p oint using the n umeric en try k eys. When the
one of the n umeric en try k eys is pressed, the unit softkeys (
NNNNN
,
NNNNN
m ,
NNNNN
k , and
NNNNN
M ) are a v ailable, so y ou can use these softkeys to en ter the
unit and terminate the en try without hitting 4 ENTER 5.
4. The cursor will mov e automatically to the LMT eld after y ou
en ter a sw eep p oint. The follo wing softkeys will b e display ed.

LIMIT DATA A
This softkey is used to set the limit parameter to the primary
parameter of the measuremen t function. When this softkey is
pressed, the cursor will automatically mov e to the LOW eld.

LIMIT DATA B
This softkey is used to set the limit parameter to the secondary
parameter of the measuremen t function. When this softkey is
pressed, the cursor will mov e automatically to the LOW eld.

This softkey is used to set the list sw eep measuremen t's limit
function to OFF for the sw eep p oint. When this softk ey is
pressed, the cursor will mov e automatically to the next sw eep
p oint eld.
5. Press the softkey to set the limit parameter.
6. The cursor will mov e automatically to the LOW eld. (If
y ou pressed
NNNNNNNNNNN
OFF in the previous step, the cursor will mov e
automatically to the next sw eep p oint eld.) En ter the low limit
v alue.
7. The cursor will mov e automatically to the HIGH eld. En ter the
