High-threshold logic

IGBT

Insulated gate bipolar transistor; a voltage-controlled semiconductor type 
widely used in inverters due to their easy controllability and high 
switching frequency

I/O

Input/Output

ID run

Motor identification run. During the identification run, the drive will identify 
the characteristics of the motor for optimum motor control.

JCU

Control unit of the drive module. The JCU is installed on top of the power 
unit. The external I/O control signals are connected to the JCU, or 
optional I/O extensions mounted on it.

Memory unit attached to the control unit of the drive
