MedWeld 4000 Operator’s Guide 

M-032116  Programs #T03300, #T02300 and #T02400

The blocking valve is dis-engaged (based on the CYLINDER 
TYPE setup parameter: normally open or normally closed), to 
allow the oil to flow back into the reservoir. 

This is illustrated in the drawing below:
