Fault

 

DEP-100S displays 
OUTPUT GROUND 
FAULT. 

Inverter cable connections 
have become loose. 

Check all cabling to verify that 
connections are tight and no 
accidental grounding of cables is 
occurring. Check weld trans-
former primary cables, all cable 
connections in the control, the 
cabling to the line side of the 
weld control circuit breaker, the 
connections in the bus plug 
(including any junction boxes, if 
used) and the connection of the 
bus plug to the weld bus. 

Primary cable to weld 
transformer is defective.
