NOTE The procedure below is for use with four Press modules
(Automatic).
Access Procedure for Dangerous Area 1
- When an operator needs to access inside o f the door, follow the procedure below:
(1) Stop machine operation. .
(2) Open the press front door, and access the press unit.
(3) To access inside of the press unit, use thorough caution in the up/down
& operation o f the slide platan. Do not touch a button on the press operation
panel carelessly. (If it is necessary to access the press when the mold die is
still hot, wear clothes with long sleeves and heat-u.esjstant gloves, and use
caution not to touch a hot surface.)
Access Procedure for Dangerous Area 2
- When entering this door, pay sufficient attention to the traveling movement o f the
In/Out-Slit Magazine Unit and to other parts that can move.
Access Procedure for Dangerous Area 3
- W hen entering this door, pay sufficient attention to the traveling movement o f the
Loader/Unloader Unit and to other parts that can move.
Access Procedure for Dangerous Area 4
- W hen an operator needs to access inside o f the door, follow the procedure below:
(1) Stop machine operation.
(2) Open the press front door, and access the press unit.

- When entering this door, pay sufficient attention to the traveling movement o f the
Dispenser Unit and to other parts that can move.
Access Procedure for Dangerous Area 6
- Operators are forbidden access within any doors. I f an occasion arises when
internal work is necessary, please leave such work to the maintenance engineers.
- Before entering the control box, be sure to cut off the power source.
- W hen entering the control box, be sure to wear gloves and keep hands and fingers
away from live parts inside control. (It is necessary for the electrical discharge o f
the electricity accumulated for five minutes or more. )
