- In order to prevent malfunctions, when not using the Handy
Consoles, press the “C” key, make sure that no charge number is
displayed, and place on a location on the rear of the machine.
- When the charge number is set, its contents will be displayed on the
console. Be sure4o confirm these contents before carrying out
manual operation.
- As devices do not move when interlocked, please act with care.

Devices that operate via air solenoid valves use one charge number to toggle
through the settings o f Forward - Backward, Upward - Downward and Open -
Close each time the Set button is pressed.
- W hen the'actuator is motorized, two charge numbers are assigned: one for each
the rotation direction (CW, CCW).
Start/Stop can be toggled via the “S” key.
- Resin Handler, Dispenser unit, Release film Handler use servomotors.
- These units carry out step-operations o f previously programmed positions.
Designate the Start position, and when the “ S” key is pressed, the unit will move
to the next step.
Designate the Return position, and when the “S” key is pressed, the unit will
return to its origin position.
- To turn ON the conveyor system servo, press and hold the “ S” key (for at least 2
seconds).
- Jog movement (+ or -) can be carried out while the “ S” key is being pressed.
- Inching movement (+ or -) can be carried out by pressing the “ S” key once.
