DISASSEMBLY AND RE-ASSEMBLY (IN THE CASE  OF TRANJ

5.3.8 

Removal of Frame  Loader/Frame  Unloader Unit Timing  Belt

(1) 

M ove the Resin H andler U nit close to the Res 

Module.

(2) 

D etach the belt fitting from  the Resin Handlei 

Before detaching the belt fitting, be sure to lo 

the belt tension by  using the tension bolt o f th 

pulley.

(3) 

Detach the fitting from  the tip o f  the belt.

Pull the belt out through the pulley o f the first 

module and put it away at the lower side o f th 

o f the Resin Module.
