OUTLINE OF MACHINE

LCM  1010  Instruction  Manual

NOTE 

The figure below is for use with four Press Modules.

 

(Automitic).

1.  Resin handler unit

This unit is equipped with a dispenser unit, which traverses right/left and 

forward/backward to move to the position where resin is supplied to the mold 

die.

2.  Dispenser unit

This unit dispenses resin onto the mold die in a specified .pattern;

According to the dispensing volume and motor rotation .speed specified on the 

touch panel, the motor rotates to dispense resin. After dispensing is completed, 

the motor rotates in the reverse direction to prevent resin dripping.

3.  Substrate/release film suction unit

This unit is used to suck up a substrate when a substrate is mounted to the upper 

die, and to suck up a film when a film is used for the lower die.

4.  Release film  handler (for the lower die)

The release film handler is used for film molding.

A film is fed by a specified length,  and then rewound.

Using this unit improves package quality, and eliminates necessity o f die 

cleaning and maintenance, resulting in productivity improvement.
