INSTALLATION

LCM  1010  Instruction  Manual

Tilt less than 50mm.

-  While the Handling Module is being moved,  never enter the areas in

 

front of or behind the direction of movement (within 2 meters from

 

the module unit).

-  Pushing of the Handling Module must be carried  out by two persons

 

working together.

 

Push gently at a position  no higher than  1  meter from the floor.

 

-  When two or more persons are working on the machine, be sure to

 

confirm safety conditions with each other.

Connect the Handling M odule to the first Press Module.

W hen connecting m odules, conform the positioning pin o f the first Press 

M odule to the positioning hole o f  the Handling Module.

A djust the height in line with the height o f first Press M odule with the 

positioning plate which is installed on the Handling Module.
