Select “System-Related Menu - Password Settings” from the system menu screen,
and the screen shown below will be displayed. Password settings can be changed
here. The password settings screen can also be used to restrict the privileges o f users
® who log into and use the system. .

Setting o f third-tier level and unrestricted'passworHs may be carried out.
U ser name, password and user privileges for each level o f user may be set.
(Users at level 1 must have all boxes checked ON. This cannot be changed.)
Click on the item desired to be set in order to be able to make changes. Altered data
will be automatically updated when the settings are saved.
Password Column Display:
W hen a password has been set, the password will
be represented by “****” When no password is
input, a blank space will be displayed.
* U ser level 1: In the event that the Administrator’s password has not been set, or if
the FREE option has been check-marked, then in terms o f user privileges, all
users will have full control o f the system.
