This section contains information regarding procedures for insertion and removal o f work as well as
general operation procedures of the machine.

6.1 Starting Operation and Completing Operation
6.1.1 Starting Operation

(1) Make sure that air pressure supply from the air supply valve is carried out
according to the prescribed pressure. ^
(2) Following the ON/OFF procedure explained in the 5.1.2 “Power ON/OFF
Procedures ? turn ON the m ain power switch.
The power indication lamp on the upper side of the main power switch will be lit.
The Windows screen will be displayed on the touch-sensitive panel.
- Never touch electrical wiring or connectors when the power is on.
There is the risk of electric shock.
- If the power indication lamp does not light up, confirm the electricity
supply from the factory facility to the machine.
- If the Windows screen is not displayed, make sure that the breaker
and the circuit protector in the control box and the power of the
computer and the touch-sensitive panel are all switched ON.
If any of these are OFF, switch them ON.

Double-click the C? icon on the desktop to shortcut to
“IsSeJLCM”,In d the Intelligent System will startup.
Confirm that theTVfachine< Status window is
displayed'on the Main Operation screen.
- The machine status will be indicated as READY
OFF, CIRCUIT KEY OFF, or EMERGENCY
STOP.
Turn ON the key switch on the Main Operation
Panel and then reset the Emergency-stop button.
- The machine status will be indicated as READY
OFF.
Press the RESET button on the Main Operation
Panel.
- The machine status will be indicated as READY
ON.
