OPERATION SWITCHES AND BUTTONS

LCM  1010  Instruction  Manual

3. 

LINE AUTO  button

The LINE AUTO mode is intended to execute automatic molding process  and manual 

operations for mounting and removing substrates continuously.  (With the 

semiautomatic molding machine, operation ends  after all substrates mounted in the 

machine are molded.)

This button is for setting the LINE AUTO mode.  The lamp blinks by pressing this 

button.

To  start operation, press the  [START] button while the lamp is blinking.

The LINE AUTO button will stop flashing automatically after five seconds.

4. 

START button

This button is fok starting  semiautomatic operation.

Activating this button will start PROCESS AUTO or LINE AUTO.

5. 

STOP button

This button is for stopping semiautomatic operation.

Activating this button will stop PROCESS AUTO or LINE AUTO.

6. 

RESET button

This button is for resetting the Error, Alarm, and/or Buzzer systems.

The machine can be returned to operable condition by pressing this button in the 

following cases.

-  When power is turned ON.

-  When the Emergency-Stop button is reset.
