GENERAL INFORMATION
LCM1010 Instruction Manual
TOWA Corporation offers the same service for parts or products attached to or m ounted in the
m achine, which are not m anufactured b y TOWA Corporation; however, this service is limited
to the specific warranty period o f each part or product.
The warranty period o f the dry-pump is 1 year or 3000 hours o f operation time whichever is
earlier.

The following cases will not be covered under the warranty so the customer will be charged
for service and/or parts, even during the period o f warranty:

(1)
Parts designated by TOWA Corporation as consum ption articles (parts that are subject
to norm al wear and tear).
(2)
Damage or malfunction due to misuse, im proper repair or modification by the customer.
(3)
Damage or malfunction caused by the custom er’s failure to perform m aintenance,
inspection and lubrication as specified in the instruction manuals.
(4)
D am age due to falling or dropping during transport by the customer.
(5)
Dam age caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters.
(6)
D am age caused, under abnormal circumstances, by the use o f substances such as
organic solvents or corrosive gases, etc., or by the use o f strong magnetic fields, etc.
(7)
Dam age caused by abnormalities o f voltage, hydraulic pressure, w ater pressure, and/or
pneum atic pressure.
(8)
O ther damage or m alfunction deemed to be the responsibility o f the customer.
(9)
D am age or m alfunction o f the parts due to the constituents w hich come from the
molding materials (resins, substrate, etc), releasing film, and pre-tape.
(10) Damage or malfunction w hen works (substrate, resin, magazine, etc) not within the
tolerance specified in the custom er specification are used.
(11) Damage or m alfunction due to additions or/and modifications o f the software or/and
hardware without prior approval o f TOWA Corporation.
