11 ADJUSTMENT METHODS

LCM 1010 Instruction Manual

During m otor replacement and the like, if the cable connecting the motor and the amp becomes

disconnected, adjustment to origin positions will need to be carried out on this screen.

A CAUTION

Turn OFF the servo fo r the axis to be returned to its origin setting. (The servo button

on the top right o f the screen can be used to toggle all axis servos ON and OFF).

M anually return the axis units to their origin positions.

Press the “ORG Set” button fo r the axes to be returned to their origin positions. A fter a

few seconds have passed, the display shall show the w ord “Com plete” and the process

w ill be finished.

A fter the process is finished, switch the servo ON and check that the-.ciirrent position is

displayed as the zero position.
