OPERATION

LCM  1010  Instruction  Manual

6.2.5 

Release Film Winding  Procedure

The following is the release film setup procedure to be conducted after the release 

film is exchanged with a new one, or after the film unwinding side and winding side 

are separated in mold die mounting/dismounting step.

(1) 

Open the press front cover.

(2) 

Pinch the release film with the film  setup jig , and twist it by 90°.

(3) 

Insert the jig into the clearance between the intermediate plate and the mold die.

(4)  **  Open the press rear cover,"and rempve the film setup jig.

(5) 

After passing the release film through each roller as shown below, fasten the 

film to the winding roller (empty roll) with adhesive tape, and wind the film 

by two or three turns.

Items to  be  prepared:

1)  Release film setup jig,  2) Cellophane tape (Adhesive tape),  3) Empty roll
