LCM1010  Instruction  Manual

6.4 

Conversion  Kit Replacement Procedures (Automatic)

Reconf rm the safety items explained  in section  “2 SAFETY” before

 

starting operation.

Parts (Kit) replacement procedures and an adjusting method are explained in this subsection. 

Move the Handling Module to the position for conversion kit replacement so that replacement 

can be easily carried out.

(Target axes^IN/OUT elevator axis Z, Loader/Unloader axis X)

Press  [Machine Maintenance] button (1) -  [Kit Change]  button (2)'-  [YES] button (3) on the 

status screen to move the target axes  to the kit conversion position

Press  [ALL COVER UNLOCK] button (4) -  [YES] button (3) to release the safety cover lock.

NOTE The
