ADJUSTMENT METHODS

11.3  Adjustment of Strain Gauge Amplifiers

Each m odule is equipped w ith a strain gauge, in four locations w hich are respectively two 

locations on the right and the left.

The strain gauge front/back  on the right and the strain gauge front/back on the left are 

respectively pairs  and are used for the right and left o f each amplifier.

They are adjusted at the tim e o f shipment from our factory and the adjusted CAL. value is

attached to the side panel o f the control box.

All o f the strain gauge amplifiers m ust be adjusted w ith the same strain gauge.

After carrying out replacem ent o f the strain gauge, be sure to carry out adjustment. 

Furthermore, carry out adjustm ent whenever a norm al pressure reading is not displayed  (no 

display o f “0” w hen in a no-load condition, for example).

W hen the pow er switch is turned ON, the pilot lamp (yellow) will light up.

Carry out preheating fo r approximately  10 m inutes after the pow er switch is turned ON.
