WARNING
A CAUTION
Even when the Emergency-Stop button is pressed, the power source
of the heater will remain ON and the heater will still be very hot.
Never touch the areas where Hazard Indication Stickers (“Danger of
High Temperature”) are affixed. There is a danger of being burnt.
Do not use the Emergency-Stop button unless there is danger of
bodily harm or machine damage, or when it is necessary to stop
operation for maintenance or inspection work. Unwarranted use of
this button can lead to malfunction and/or reduce the operating life
of the machine.
4. OPERATION button (Two-Handed Control Apparatus)
To move the clamp up/down manually, press this button and the [UP] or [DOWN]
button simultaneously. To execute origin return operation, press this button and the
[UP] button simultaneously.
5. START/ RESET button
This button is for resetting each press module.
Use this button to reset the press during manual molding operation.
* Operation o f this button is enabled only when the machine is stopped.
6. UP button
This button is used to return the press to the origin, when the origin return mode (ORG)
is selected with Mode Select button 1. When the clamp mode (CL) is selected with
Mode Select button 1, this button is used to raise the press manually.
7. DOWN button .
When the clamp mode (CL) is selected with Mode Select BWlbn 1, this button is used
to lower the press manually.

8. START/COVER button .
The press module front door lock/unlock status is changed over by keeping this button
pressed for 1 sec or longer. Pressing this button together with the [START/RESET]
button starts semiautomatic operation.
