Recipe Data and Constant Data  (Resin Module)

LCM1010

Dispense Condition

Dispensing Time

Sets the time for  dispensing  resin.

Dispensing Time Offset

The Resin Module stops  dispensing  resin this offset  time  earlier.

Suck Back Wait Time

Sets the wait time to  start  sucking back operation  after  dispensing.

Saucer  Open Wait Time

Sets the wai,t time to complete closing the  saucer  after  sucking back 
operation.

Inside Diameter  of 

Cartridge

Sets the  inside diameter of cartridge to be used.

Density of Resin

Sets the density of  resin to be  used.

Dispensing Volume

Sets the dispensing vol ume.

Dispensing Volume Test

Sets the dispensing vol ume for  a  discensing test ODeration.

Dispensing Volume Offset 

(L)

Sets the offset volume of dispensing  (left).

If  an  actual  measured  value  i-s  smaller  than the dispensing volume,  this 

parameter  is  positive  value.  If  an  actua[ measured value  is  larger,  the 
offset  value  is  set to negative  value.

Dispensing Volume Offset

(R)

Sets the offset  volume  of dispensing  (right).

If  an  actual  measured  value  is  smaller  than tfT&'dispensing volume,  this 

parameter  is  positive  value.  If  an  actual  measured  value  is  larger,  the 

offset  value  is set to negative  value.

Suck Back  Volume  (L)

Sets the  volume for  sucking back  (left).

Suck Back  Volume  (R)

Sets the  volume for  sucking back  (right).

Molding Area Size X

Sets the  size  (X)  of mo ding area.

Molding Area Size  Y

Sets the  size  (Y)  of mo ding area.

Dispensing  Point count

Sets the point count of dispensing patterns.
