4.7.2 Installation of Frame Loader I Frame Unloader Unit Timing Belt

First confirm that the Frame Loader / Frame
Unloader Unit moves smoothly on the rail, and then
move it close to the Handling Module.
Pass the belt through the pulley o f the Press Module
from lower side o f the rail o f the Handling Module.
Attach the fitting to the tip of the belt passed
through the pulley o f the Handling Module.
Attach the belt fitting onto the Frame Loader /
Frame Unloader Unit.
Rotate the tension bolt of-tbe pulley until there is no
slack in the belt and secure provisionally by using
nuts. ■*'' ■
After installing the belt,-move thedfTame Loader /
Frame Unloader JJnit to the Handling Module
position. ■
Measure the belt tension between the Frame Loader
/ Frame Unloader Unit and the pulley by using the
sonic tension meter.
Standard value 350N (Tolerance value 333-368N)
Apply tension to the belt.
Insufficient or excessive tension will damage the
timing belt and/or cause machine damage and/or
malfunction.
