CONVERSION  KIT REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT

LCM  1010  Instruction  Manual

(2) 

Frame Loader (Conversion Kit)

1) 

Remove a wiring connector (1)  and four air joints (2).

2) 

Remove two M5  bolts (3), raise the frame loader unit (4) and remove it 

from the machine.

W hen raising the frame loader unit, hold two knurling pins (5).

3) 

W hen installing the unit, carry out an operation in reverse procedures.

NOTE 

- When inserting the air joints, be sure to select the right

number.

- Insert the connecter correctly

- Make sure that there is no pinchedwiring or piping.
