The GPIO interface is asynchronous to external signals. External inputs will be synchro-
nized internally.
All inputs have no timing relation from an external clock to internal clock of ERTEC 200P.
All Outputs have no timing relation from internal clock of ERTEC 200P to an external
clock.

3.3.8 JTAG Timing
The JTAG interface consists of the TCK, TMS, TDI, TDO, and TRST signals. All input
signals except TRST are clocked in with a TCK rising edge. The TDO signal is output with
a TCK falling edge.
