The communications connector with
the CX-Protocol was disconnected or
the power supply to the Controller
was interrupted during transfer of the
protocol data from the CX-Protocol. Transfer the protocol data again from
the CX-Protocol. Do not interrupt the power supply to
the Controller during transfer of proto-
col data.
The Serial Communications Unit
failed. If this error occurs after transferring
the protocol data again, replace the
Serial Communications Unit. None
