Precautions for Correct Use Precautions for Correct Use
Reception Buffer Clear Timing in No-protocol Mode:
The reception buffer is cleared after the SerialRcv instruction is executed for the serial communi-
cations port of the Unit. Therefore, you cannot repeatedly use the SerialRcv instruction to
receive data in several steps. With the SerialRcvNoClear instruction, the reception buffer is not
cleared after the instruction is executed, so you can receive data in several steps.
