9-3-2 No-protocol Mode
The serial commu-
nications mode is
set to No-protocol
Mode. --- The SerialSend
instruction was
executed, but

not executed. The output variable Error of the
SerialSend instruction is TRUE. • This instruction
was executed
when the Serial
Communica-
tions Mode was
not No-protocol
Mode.
• _Port_isAvailable
is set to FALSE.
• The value of
Port.UnitNo or
Port.Phys-
icPortNo is out of
the valid range.
• The Serial Com-
munications Unit
is not mounted
at the specified
Unit number.
• The value of
SendSize is out
of valid range.
• The value of
SendSize
exceeds the size
in SrcDat[].
• This instruction
was executed
while the unit
was restarting.
• Review the setting
contents for the
SerialSend instruc-
tion.
• Review the pro-
gram for instances
where the causes
specified on the left
might occur.
