POINT 

 

(1) The following range is valid. 

• Q172DSCPU 

: Axis No.1 to 16 

• Q172DCPU(-S1) : Axis No.1 to 8 

(2) The following device area can be used as a user device. 

• Q172DSCPU 

: 17 axes or more 

• Q172DCPU(-S1) :   9 axes or more 
However, when the project of Q172DSCPU/Q172DCPU(-S1) is replaced with 
Q173DSCPU/Q173DCPU(-S1), this area cannot be used as a user device. 

 

 
 

(a)   JOG speed setting registers (D640+2n, D641+2n)  .............Command device 

1)   This register stores the JOG speed at the JOG operation. 
2)   Setting range of the JOG speed is 1 to 2147483647 [PLS/s]. 
3)   The JOG speed is the value stored in the JOG speed setting registers at 

leading edge of JOG start signal. 
Even if data is changed during JOG operation, JOG speed cannot be 
changed. 

(Note): Refer to Section 6.21 of the "Q173D(S)CPU/Q172D(S)CPU Motion 

controller (SV13/SV22) Programming Manual (REAL MODE)" for 
details of the JOG operation.
