Returning the GridTime 3000

This section describes under what conditions the GridTime 3000 should be returned.

You should return the equipment to Microchip only after you have exhausted the troubleshooting procedures
described earlier in this chapter, or Microchip Support has advised you to return the unit.

Important: 

 Please retain the original packaging for re-shipping the product. If the original packaging is

not available, contact Microchip Support for assistance.
