6.7.1 Set up of the machine
The round baler DIAVEL 630, 630 DIAVEL CUT are design to work with multiple types of materials, even
with very different characteristics between them.
To collect some type of materials, it is necessary to get the machine properly set up to avoid any
inconvenience during the working phase. A possible problem could be the twine or net wrapping around the
feeding rotor. To avoid it is necessary to set up the machine considering the type of product to collect; the
parameters to adjust in this case are:

Braking net / twine: the braking degree can be easily modified by the adjustment screws located on the
left side of the net binder (par.5.4.7) and twine (par.5.4.8). The brake net / twine should be kept
normally as previously set in the factory, it should be changed only in case of malfunctions of the tying
twine or net.

Removable Profile scraper (fig. 45): the removable profile helps to avoid that collected material
dragging the net or twine on the rotor. In presence of materials that have the particularity to get stuck
between the profile and the roller, the profile must be removed: simply unscrew the screw A in Fig. 45.
