Roundbaler DIAVEL 630

Status 2: The roundbaler becomes orange to
indicate that the first pressure level is reached.
Status 3: The roundbaler becomes red to indicate
that the second pressure level is reached.
Status 4: The roundbaler becomes fuchsia to
indicate that the third pressure level is reached
and that the rear door has began to open. The
Monitor outputs 3 sound to indicate that the
roundbaler has begun the binding and the STOP
icon appears on the Area D.
Status 5: the binding icon on the roundbaler
appears, to indicate that the binding is in
progress.
Status 6: Binding completed: a green arrow to the
top appears, the monitor outputs 3 sounds to
signal that the rear door is ready to be opened.
During the binding operation, on the left of the
Status icon, two symbols could appear:
The hourglass symbol appears during the
delay time of binding, i.e. the time that elapses
between the achievement of the set pressure
value and the beginning of the binding in
automatic mode.
The engine symbol appears when the
engine of the binder is set.
On the right side of this area, when the drop
bottom is not completely closed, the following icon
appears:
Just above, it displays the status of the cutting
device (cut version), relative to the two rows of
knives
Lifted Lowered
Area “C”:
In this area the icons for the command
of the pick-up, of the drop bottom and of the
knives (CUT version) are shown
Normally only the command of the sole pick-up is
active and the following icon appears:
To control the disc tray or the knives it is therefore
necessary to:

View the related icon by pressing the F1
key

Press the Enter key to enable the
command. One of these icons will appear
til the command is active.
