To start the work, the pick-up must be lowered,
at the same time also the hydraulic protection of
the knives starts to operate
To deactivate the cutting device:

Press the F1 key twice: in the "C" area of
Fig. 32 the icon knife will appear

Press the Enter key to activate the control: in
the "C" area of Figure 32 the enabling the
knives icon will appear

Through the levers connected to the pick-up,
control the descent of the pick-up; the knives
will move in the cutting position and in the
"B" area the following icon will appear:

Press ESC or ENTER to exit the control of
the knives and be able to control only the
pick-up.
5.4.6 Extraction of the knives (CUT
version)
The round baler DIAVEL 630 CUT is equipped
with a cutting device with 15 knives.
In addition to full cut mode, you can get other
cutting lengths by extracting part of the knives.
The extraction is also required for sharpening or
replacement of the knives.
You can access to the knives from the rear of the
machine.
The operations to remove or insert the knives are
the following:

Press the F1 key on the terminal: in the "C"
area of Fig. 32 the drop bottom icon will
appear

Press the Enter key to activate the
command: in the "C" area of Figure 32 the
enabling drop bottom icon will
appear:

Through the lever connected to the pick-up,
control the raising of the pick-up for all the
time icon drop bottom is there; the knives will
move in the cutting position and in the "B"
area icon will appear:
IMPORTANT : continue to maintain the
distributor lever in the pick-up lowing position
even after the drop bottom icon has
appeared and lower it until there is the drop
bottom enabling icon. When it disappears,
immediately release the control of the pick-
up, otherwise the drop bottom will begin to
close.

Press the F1 key twice: in the "C" area in Fig.
32 icon will appear the icon knife.

Press the Enter key to activate the command:
in the "C" area in Figure 32 will appear
enabling the knives
Through the distributor connected to the
pick-up, control the lift of the pick-up
, knives
will get in the cutting position and in the area
“B” the following figure will appear:

Press Esc or Enter to exit the command of
knives. At this point the machine is in the
