Put the micro-SD, keep pressed the ESC
and ENTER buttons, so switch on the
monitor withe the POWER button. The
BOOTLOADER screen will appear. (fig.
40).

Press the 5 button (UP) to start the
loading of the software; press the 6 button
(DOWN) to start the loading of the
graphics; press the 7 button (ENTER) to
start
the loading of the EEprom
parameters. (the three procedures cannot
be started simultaneously, but you must
always wait until the end of the previous).

If you press the Menu button it goes to the
CAN DOWNLOADER screen on a dark
green color. On this screen is possible to
update the software of the ECU pressing
the 5 button (UP).

During the loading and until the end the
two RGB LED bars of the monitor is
illuminated
in yellow. Progress is
represented with filling progress bar. If an
error occurs a message is displayed at
the bottom.
 WARNING
Don’t shut off the monitor during this phase!

In the lower white band appears, on the
left the checksum (CRC) and on the right
the application of software currently
loaded. In case of incorrect checksum
appears "ERR" in red.

Shut off and restart the terminal.

Verify from the MENU IMPOSTAZIONI if
the software has been loaded and its
updating version
5.6 USE OF THE ROUNDBALER
The roundbaler DIAVEL 630, DIAVEL 630 CUT,
can be used in manual or in automatic mode
through the parameters set by the operator.
Before using the round baler, make sure to:
9) Have
red and well understood the user’s
manual.
10) Have opened the tap of the rear door.
11) Have properly connected the drawbar to
the tractor and lifted the standing foot
(par. 5.2.2).
12) Have properly connected the PTO SHAFT
to the tractor (par. 5.2.3)
13) Have properly connected both the
hydraulic and electric system to the
tractor (par. 5.2.5, 5.2.6).
14) Have properly adjusted the pick-up and
the presser plate (par. 5.4.1; 5.4.2).
15) Have correctly loaded the net and/or the
twines and set the binders to work (par.
5.4.7, 5.4.8).
16) Have the ladder in working position (par.
5.3.2).
17) Make sure that the safety devices and
guards are intact and closed. And that
