Activate the pickup lever to control the
device set.
The command of the drawer switches off
automatically after 7 seconds, while the command
of the knives must be deactivated by pressing the
Enter or the Esc key.
Area “D”:
When the machine is ready to harvest,
the following symbol appears in this area:
In alternative the STOP symbol will appear
If this symbol appears, it is necessary to stop the
harvest of the product, due to one of the following
reasons:
o
Rear door open.
o
Maximum pressure reached.
o
Binding in progress or completed.
o
Drop bottom open.
o
Drop bottom or knives command
active.
If the following symbol will appear:
It means that the selected type of binding is not
ready to bind.
Net binder: the guillotine is not ready or has
released during the activation of the net
Twine binder: the sensor signal doesn’t work
 Area “E”:
In this area the selected partial
counter and the relative numbers of bales
are shown

Area “F”:
This area displays the selected
operating mode: automatic or manual. After
selecting the area, setting can be changed
whenever you press the Enter key.
 Area “G”:
This area shows the type of
binding set. After selecting the area,
it’s
possible to change the setting whenever you
press the Enter Key.
 Area “H”:
This area shows the function of
the Enter button in that moment:
Start: Start the binding.
Modify: Modify the selected parameter.
OK: Active the selected
command.
Esc-X: Pressing the Enter
button for more than 1 second or pressing the
ESC button, the command or the binding in
progress get cancelled
5.5.2 Acoustic signals
The control system of the roundbaler is able to
utter different acoustic signals from the terminal.
The acoustic signals have different meanings
depending on the status and on the commands
given to the machine.
Below the various signal types are listed:

Sound 1: 1 short beep.
During the collection it indicates the attainment of
the pressure previous the one set, that is an alarm
that indicates to the operator to slow down the
harvesting because the machine is about to reach
the set pressure level.
It get uttered during the activation of the drop
bottom or knives command (CUT version).
It gets uttered when the binding is manually
activated or when it is canceled.

Sound 2: 1 long beep.
