– Inputs diagnostic menu
The menu inputs Diagnostic is for display only.
From the Settings menu, selecting the outputs
Diagnostic item and pressing the Enter key you
can access the menu Diagnostic outputs.
This menu allows viewing and activation of
outputs of the control system (motors and
solenoid valves).

The menu items are, in order:

electromagnet net binder

Motor twine binder

Drop bottom Solenoid

Solenoid knives
Using the arrow keys you can select various menu
items. Once you select an output you can activate
it using the Enter key. The commands of the
motors are activated for the time when you press
the Enter key while the commands drop bottom
and knives remain active.
To disable them press any button.
In the right side of each item is displayed on the
power output.
5.5.5 Software updates
The control unit and the terminal operate thanks
to a program (software) memorized in each unit.
The control software, as all the machine devices,
is always under evolution, in order to satisfy the
client’s requests for the different uses of the round
baler.
It’s possible to verify the software version that is
installed on the machine, going in the Settings
menu (fig. 35).
It is possible to ask the most up to date version of
the software getting in touch with your dealer or
the manufacturer.
Before requesting an updated version of the
software, make a note of the currently installed
version of the software (Settings menu).
So, to upgrade you need to obtain a micro-SD
card in which the control system files are stored.
The micro-SD card HC, XC, HS are not
supported. A micro-SD compatible is the
Transcend micro-SD 2 GB cod. TS2GUSD.
The micro-SD must be formatted FAT.
You can update the software, the graphics and/or
the parameters EEprom of the control system.
The updated files have to have the following
names:

SL35_VT.hex (Software Monitor)

GRAPH_35.NOR (Graphics Monitor)

SL35_VT.EEP (EEprom Monitor)

ECU_M630.hex (Software ECU)
You can only update one or all of the updated file
by following this procedure:

Make sure you copy the update file to the
highest level of the micro-SD card and the
terminal is turned off. Then remove the
rubber cover and insert the card into the
terminal slot (fig. 39).
WARNING
Remove and put the SD card always and only
with the terminal off!
