about 10 cm between the rubber roller
and the metal driving roller.
5) Fasten the latches on the dragging roller,
bringing it in contact with the rubber roller .
6) Bring the net brake back to the working
position (in contact with the coil).
7) After positioning the first net roll, the
binder can hold a second spare one.
8) Set the number of turns of the net
manually unscrewing the clamping lever
(fig.25, 3) and turning the adjustment
flange (Fig. 25).
The adjusting flange is provided with 4
notches which correspond, from the
bottom, respectively to 2, 3, 4 and 5 turns
of the wrapping net.
9) On the monitor set the net binding mode
(Par.5.6).

The reset of the cutting guillotine takes place
when the rear door is open by the lever A of fig.
25. If you need to manually reset the guillotine,
adjust the lever B of Fig. 25. The net cut is
automatic when reaching the set net laps.
During the binding, the net is dragged by the
rotation of the material inside the bale chamber.
However, different materials and different net
involve a different drag force and therefore require
a different braking of the net.
In order to vary the
braking force, operate
on the net’s brake
located on the left side of the machine (Fig. 26)
It is recommended not to change the
manufacturer setting of the net brake unless it
is really necessary.

If, during binding, the net is not going to wrap the
bale it is necessary to:

Stop immediately the P.T.O.

Use a 13 mm wrench to rotate the shaft of
Fig. 27 till the guillotine to cut the net snaps.

Reset the guillotine as indicated by the letter
B in Fig. 25
