If the tipper has cable clips, clip the sensor cable and heater cable back into the clips. If the heater
plug was tied to the tipper body with a cable tie, re-install the cable tie in the anchor on the left side of
the tipper module, then bundle the tipper heater cable with the other cables and tie them down in the
middle of the tipper heater plug (

Make sure the cables and plugs are clear of the embosser wheel and any other moving parts.

Perform any additional service that requires the device to be powered off and open.

Re-install the tipper foil cartridge with the original tipper foil roll, or obtain and install a new one
from the customer.
14)
Close the top access door.
15)
Re-attach the power cable, network cable, and any security hardware.
16)
Power on the device.
17)
Set the ExpressCard to use the calibrated temperature of the heater included with the new tipper:
a)
Look at the tipper heater on the right side of the tipper to find the calibrated temperature.
