Place your right finger into the loop the flex cable makes, pull the flex cable taut, and hold it there.
Make sure the cable is parallel to the top deck plate / edge of the device and does not have any bends,
twists, or kinks. If the cable is damaged or is mounted to the case incorrectly, it may need to be
replaced per the steps in section

5.9 How to Remove / Re-install the Hopper Module Flex Cable
