How to Remove / Re-install the Embosser Module 

 

High-level Steps 

 

Unpack embosser from wooden box 

 

Prepare device for removing / reinstalling modules.  Remove indenter ribbon. 

 

Remove top access door 

 

Remove cover 

 

Remove embosser (seven screws, one cable) 

 

Install new embosser 

 

Install cover, top access door 

 

Set CamAngleAdjustments from embosser’s base label using the 

Edit Config.

Approximate time to remove: 15 minutes plus any sub-procedures 
Approximate time to re-install: 30 minutes plus any sub-procedures
